Telemedicine

Telemedicine is the use of technology that enables remote healthcare (telehealth).  Most visits can be managed through telehealth including assessment, diagnosis, ordering laboratory tests, radiology tests, and making referrals.  If a problem is noted during your telehealth visit that warrants an in person examination, you will be scheduled for office visit or referred to the appropriate provider.

Prior to your your telemedicine appointment if possible please be ready with:

1. All medications 

2. Blood pressure reading if you have a monitor

3. Weight       

4. Temperature

Make your telehealth appointment by calling the office

When Dr Patti  or Erin are ready for your visit, you will receive a text and/or an email with a link to the visit. 

Be sure to allow audio and video on your device.

A video connection is required.
